No two orders are exactly alike, and that’s exactly how I like it. I love hearing your ideas, figuring out how to translate them into cookies, and obsessing over the little details that make a set feel completely you. Nothing makes me happier than seeing the excitement on someone’s face when they receive their cookies.

Ordering custom cookies doesn’t have to be complicated. Whether you know exactly what you want or just have the beginnings of an idea, we’ll work together to create something that’s uniquely yours.

Start with the Order Inquiry Form and share the details of your celebration—your date, quantity, theme, colors, inspiration, and anything else you’d love to incorporate. Have a weirdly specific idea? Even better!

This is where we get creative! We’ll collaborate on the details and talk through your vision. Invitations, color palettes, favorite things, family sayings, company branding, inside jokes—it’s all fair game. You don’t need to have every detail figured out. That’s what I’m here for.

Once the details are finalized and your deposit is received, your date is officially reserved. Then I’ll get to work designing, baking, and hand decorating cookies created just for you.

Your finished cookies will be individually packaged and heat sealed, ready for porch pickup in Naperville or shipping. Then there’s only one thing left to do: enjoy the cookies—and the celebration! 🤍
For custom orders, I kindly ask for at least 2 weeks’ notice. Because every order is designed and created just for you, availability is limited and dates may fill up—especially during holidays and busy seasons. The earlier you reach out, the better!

Every Sweet Hart Cookie is made from scratch, baked fresh for your order, and hand decorated just for you.
Sugar Cookie Ingredients: Butter, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
Royal Icing Ingredients: Powdered sugar, meringue powder, water, light corn syrup, vanilla extract, and food coloring.
Allergen Information: Our standard sugar cookies contain wheat, milk, and eggs. Sweet Hart Cookies operates from a home kitchen where other allergens may be present. While peanuts and tree nuts are not commonly used, this is not a nut-free kitchen and shared equipment may be used. At this time, we do not offer gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or nut-free options. Every Sweet Hart Cookie is individually packaged and heat sealed in a cellophane bag, helping keep your cookies fresh until you’re ready to enjoy them.
Room Temperature: Cookies will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks when stored at room temperature. For added freshness, keep your individually wrapped cookies in an airtight container. Avoid heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
Freezer: Decorated sugar cookies freeze beautifully and can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. Place the individually wrapped cookies in an airtight container before freezing. When you’re ready to enjoy them, remove the entire container from the freezer and let it thaw, unopened, at room temperature for approximately 24 hours. Don’t open the container while the cookies are thawing—once they’ve completely reached room temperature, open the container and enjoy!

I’ll respond within 1–2 business days to confirm availability and talk through the details. Once we’ve finalized your order, a 50% deposit reserves your date and officially gets your cookies on my calendar.

Payment can be made through Venmo or Zelle—whichever is most convenient for you. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your order date, with the remaining balance due 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or shipping date. Once we’ve finalized your order details, I’ll provide everything you need to submit your deposit and officially get your cookies on my calendar.

Sweet Hart Cookies offers porch pickup in Naperville, Illinois. We’ll arrange a pickup time that works for you, and your cookies will be packaged and waiting for you on the porch when you arrive—easy peasy! The exact pickup address and details will be provided before your scheduled pickup.
Yes! Sweet Hart Cookies can be shipped for an additional $8 shipping and handling fee, plus the actual cost of shipping. Cookies are individually heat sealed and carefully packaged with bubble wrap for added protection during their journey. Orders are typically shipped via UPS, and tracking information will be provided once your cookies are on their way. Because the exact shipping cost is determined when your package is ready to ship, the actual cost of shipping will be added to your remaining balance.
Absolutely! Custom logo and branded cookies are a fun way to make your company part of the celebration. From company anniversaries and team meetings to client gifts, employee appreciation, launches, and corporate events, we can incorporate your logo, brand colors, graphics, names, or event details into a completely custom set.

We get it—plans can change! I try to be as flexible as possible, but custom cookies take time and hart to create. 🤍 If you need to cancel: more than 7 days before your scheduled pickup or shipping date, your 50% deposit will be refunded. Within 7 days, your 50% deposit is non-refundable. Within 48 hours, full payment is required and no refund will be issued. If your plans change, please reach out as soon as possible.
